Quick!
The Christmas Elf is running away-
Actually I was trying some things out for a Christmas card and the *ahem* elf was in a mood.
Today’s Dog Quote:
“As much as we look up at the stars and know there is more than life on earth, the divinity of dogs is just as unexplainable and profound. They may be the purest example of divine love in an earthly soul many of us ever experience. If we take their lead, open our hearts, and embrace their love, we may just find our own journey a lot more enlightening.”

For today: Elf!
So funny. I like how his head peeks into the white space. It would make a cute card. There’s lots of room for words in that white space, too. I’ve been trying to think of Christmas card ideas to do with my rabbit. Oh, the indignities we subject our furry friends to. 😉

Thanks very much for looking-I keep telling them, this is the price you pay for being loved-I do not think they are buying it-

I guess you had to be real quick to get this one! Great shot. You are so inventive!

Sometimes, I do not know if it is inventive so much as desperate-maybe a little of both-sometimes lack of funds makes you get creative real fast-thanks for looking!

Oh Hubble! Pierre knows what you’re going through. Tell mom you’ll pose better with some human beef jerky as a reward. 🙂

Hubble: oooh-what an idea! thanks Mighty One! She gives me good food like apple slices, but beef jerky sounds quite tasty-I am going to add it to my Christmas list right now!!

Yes, apple slices with peanut butter, fresh carrots, and pieces of banana are all delightful. But we’re male, right? We need a little bit of dried cow every now and then.

Hey, you are right-I am going to go tell her RIGHT now! 🙂

High 5, Hubble!
Unfortunately, I’m sure that means we will soon be seeing a “fetching” picture of you in your elf hat. I suppose it’s worth the beef jerky, friend.
Sorry,
Pierre.

I like the white open space. There is no need for words. Perhaps a reluctant elf, yes. But he looks gorgeous! You could always do a speech bubble or a thought of what he might be thinking. But that would be redundant as I think we already know!

Dear Meg,
I just dropped by to wish you and the three wise friends a wonderful Christmas! We’ll be heading off for our Christmas hols tomorrow and so in between sitting on the suitcase and counting how many pairs of socks and undies for everyone, I thought I’d pop by! 😀 And saw this. Excellent capture. Love that look. Best of all, the quote. Thank you for sharing such gifts with us. Hugs, Sharon
