Snappy H’appy Photo Challenge-Week 10

Only a few weeks left of this great challenge, so if you are interested there is still time to participate. Check out Jx’s blog or Meghan at firebonnet for more information.

This week’s challenge is using a pop of color-for this experiment I relied on Camera 360 which has a filter that makes this incredibly easy.

Volunteering for this week’s challenge was Jack Henry who met his first peep. And like more sane people, he would have nothing to do with it, which I must admit I was a bit surprised by. And yes, he spit the peep out.

Today’s Dog Quote:

“If you associate with eagles, you will learn how to soar to great heights. But if you run with dogs, you will learn how to bark.”

  1. LOL “like more sane people would have nothing to do with it…hilarious.. you can see where he spit out the peep..LOL
for like 6 months, this has been going on…this was not in my reader last night, but the next day it appears. i just happen to go down far enough, below posts that were here.

  2. This ‘peep’ is a new phenomenon to me and Pearl – it looks like a cross between a chick and a snail. We think our reaction would have been the same as yours, Jack Henry. Hope you enjoyed your Easter eggs! Love ‘n’ licks, Millie 🙂

    • That is one of the best definitions of a peep I have ever heard Millie 😉 It definitely shows you have good taste-and yes, everyone enjoyed their *real* Easter eggs cooked in the pot-Thanks for visiting-be well everyone!

    • 🙂 Peeps are marshmallow candies which are just disgusting to me, but some people and a lot of kids love them. Jack Henry is such a K9 garbage pail, I was a little surprised he spit it out, but apparently he does have some standards! Thanks for looking Norma-

  3. I have no idea what a peep is… but it must not be very good if he spit it out…. or maybe he just like Donna, doesn’t have any taste?? (She spits out bananas) Hahahaha! 😉 Thanks for sharing!

    • Donna and I agree-bananas are not the tastiest things in the world 😉 As for peeps, I have a feeling she would find them equally as disgusting-they are marshmallow candies that are sickeningly sweet, but some folks absolutely love them! Thank you for the great challenge-this has been a terrific exercise in stretching the creative muscles!! 😉
