A Little Dog

with a little  hat and big bowtie-what a way to celebrate the 4th-obedience lessons are really paying off here-

A fun fact about the first president George Washington: the man owned  10 Hounds called Mopsey, Taster, Cloe, Tipler, Forester, Captain, Lady Rover, Vulcan, Sweetlips and Searcher. Whew!

Today’s Dog Quote:

“Ever consider what our dogs must think of us? I mean, here we come back from a grocery store with the most amazing haul, chicken, pork, half a cow. They must think we’re the greatest hunters on earth!”

    • Glad you caught up with us Uday-the day was kind of hard on everyone-very noisy. Jack Henry does not like the fireworks, nor does Hubble, but he chooses to try and chase the noise away where Jack looks for a safe spot. Anna spent the day in her crate-so we were glad it was over. I think the 4th is hard for a lot of dogs-
Hope you are doing well! 🙂

      • You’re so right Meg. Fireworks are often a nightmare for pets. It’s amazing how differently Jack and Hubble react to the same situation 🙂 Tells us so much about their personalities, isn’t it?
