A Bow-wow-tiful Year

I know, I know-I have already been subdued by the “paw.”

2015 saw us trying some old and new things. Jack Henry and Hubble continue to build their fan base for world domination, while Anna is slowly becoming more used to the camera. I ventured out to take more pictures of dogs other than mine, which presented its own new challenges.

Hubble continues to surprise. Our small stories featuring him and his friends are among the most viewed on this blog. Who knew? This year, Hubble has also gone world-wide: photographs of him have been displayed in an exhibition in California and the inaugural newsletter/blog for Picwant based in Italy. He has come a long, long way from the small, starving dog found in a ditch in rural Virginia three years ago. Jack Henry and his pal, Wee are the mascots of The Midwood Press and have proved themselves invaluable when it comes to taking power naps. And Anna continues to heal.

For the coming year, we hope to present more adventures of the Little Dogs Laughed Book and Lunch Club featuring Hubble and best bud Bunny, an idea with Jack Henry tentatively titled “Dog at the Table,” and who knows what else?

Many thanks and paws up to all our friends who continue to visit, comment and follow us. It has been a wonderful journey and we look forward to seeing you all in 2016.

Happy New Year!

  1. This gallery is superb Meg! Not at all surprising that 2015 was a wonderful year for LittleDogsLaughed. Can not see what you, Master Hubble, Jack Henry and Anna have in store for me in 2016, I have to admit that I find much dog and cat photography to be pretty lame but I ADORE your work. Your images art that never fail to entertain me!
